Naso-Labial fold or smile line excision- This can have quite dramatic results and can even be done under local anesthesia in the office.The scars normally heal quite well and I place them so they replace the existing deep smile lines and are usually very acceptable.

I like to keep some tape reinforcement over the areas for at least ten days but showering is possible within several days and full activity within two weeks.
